Self-taught, multidisciplinary artist AP Shrewsbury makes ceramics imbued with themes of mortality and the fragile nature of his medium. Best known as a tattooist, Shrewsbury turned his focus on ceramics in 2016. The surface decorations of his work often pay homage to the lineage of tattooing as well as the ancient history of his medium.
